Run Club Program

RUN CLUB PROGRAM

Designed and run by our full-time professional running coach, our Run Club Program is an intentionally structured and periodised program that is designed to improve cardio performance and ability. Our goal is to help build a base and prepare you for all things cardio such as triathlons, biathlons, half and full marathons, Hyrox - and everything in between.

We have a yearly calendar of events and competitions that our members work towards throughout the year as well as short term goal setting to track performance and improve ability.

What is it?

  • A structured and periodised running program set against a full yearly calendar of running events and competitions

  • Coached in a group environment

  • No weights, no gymnastics. All cardio.

Who is it for?

Everyone! From running beginners to seasoned athletes.

How much is it?

It's included in our gym memberships as part of those memberships.

When?

Where?

On Wednesdays, we meet on the main steps of Coogee Beach (right next to the rainbow). On Friday’s we meet at our Maroubra gym 225 Maroubra Rd, Maroubra
