COOGEE CARDIO CLUB PROGRAM
Designed and run by our full-time professional running coach, our Coogee Cardio Club Program is an intentionally structured and periodised program that is designed to improve cardio performance and ability. Our goal is to help build a base and prepare you for all things cardio such as triathlons, biathlons, half and full marathons, Hyrox - and everything in between.
We have a yearly calendar of events and competitions that our members work towards throughout the year as well as short term goal setting to track performance and improve ability.
What is it?

No weights, no gymnastics. All cardio.
